Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes. Cancel from your dashboard. You keep access until the end of the current billing period and are not charged again. No refunds on partial months — see our Refund Policy.

What happens if I exceed my plan minutes?+

Your campaign pauses. You'll get a notification and can buy a top-up minute pack (50/100/500) to resume calling immediately. No surprise overage fees.

Is there an annual discount?+

Yes — 2 months free on annual billing for Starter and Growth. Talk to us for Scale annual pricing.

Can I bring my own SIP trunk?+

Yes, on the Scale plan. We support BYOC with major Indian carriers (Vobiz, Plivo, Knowlarity, Ozonetel) and can onboard others. You pay carrier minutes directly to them; you only pay us the platform fee.

Do you offer GST invoices?+

Yes. We're a registered Indian business and issue tax invoices for all paid plans. Provide your GSTIN at signup or in Settings to claim input credit.

Is my data India-hosted?+

Yes. All call audio, transcripts, and lead data are stored in Mumbai (ap-south-1). No data leaves India for processing.
