For trying Dial Kite. Free-trial test calls to a number you've verified go out on our shared platform number. Paid campaigns can't use the shared number — they run on your own dedicated number (below). Inbound calling is not available on the shared number.
Dedicated
Your own Indian local number that works both ways — inbound calls land on your AI agent AND it shows as your caller ID on every outbound call you place. Pick from live inventory — activates instantly after payment. Cancelling later costs a one-time ₹999 + GST fee and releases the number immediately.
BYOC
Plug in your existing SIP trunk (Vobiz, Plivo, Knowlarity, etc.). We don't markup carrier minutes.
Things people ask before signing up.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard. You keep access until the end of the current billing period and are not charged again. No refunds on partial months — see our Refund Policy.
What happens if I exceed my plan minutes?+
Your campaign pauses. You'll get a notification and can buy a top-up minute pack (50/100/500) to resume calling immediately. No surprise overage fees.
What happens if I cancel a dedicated DID?+
Cancelling a dedicated number charges a one-time ₹999 + GST fee and releases it immediately — inbound calling and its use as your caller ID stop at once, with no refund of the current cycle. Shared DIDs are included free and have no cancellation fee.
Can I bring my own SIP trunk?+
Yes, on the Scale plan. We support BYOC with major Indian carriers (Vobiz, Plivo, Knowlarity, Ozonetel) and can onboard others. You pay carrier minutes directly to them; you only pay us the platform fee.
Do you offer GST invoices?+
Yes. We're a registered Indian business and issue tax invoices for all paid plans. Provide your GSTIN at signup or in your Profile to claim input credit.
How is my data secured?+
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), with role-based access controls and audit logging. Call recordings and transcripts follow a 90-day default retention you can shorten in Settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.
